    Other than the convenient part, everything else about this statement is false. Buying ingredients ( not package foods ) at the grocery store and cooking it yourself is cheaper ( and healthier ) than eating out. How are your eating habits helping to control your diabetes? I am Type 1 and if I ate like you I would surely be in the dead or dying by now.
