Do you feel that milk is bad for your diabetes? 18 months ago

Tell us about your experience with/connection to Diabetes

    I accidentaly found that avoiding milk enabled me to sustain normal levels of HbAc1... besides the milk I was eating smartly (lots of vegetables and little carbohydrates) and still I had higher HbAc1.

    Milk does raise sugar levels, but milk gives needed calcium and vitamin D. In reasonable quantity it would be ok. And if you find your glucose levels are low it's a good source to use to get levels evened out.
