I am not on this site often either, but was going thru it the other day and your profile just jumped out at me.
I am sorry you are struggling with it, we all do, I can assure you. Please try to get on track tho, as the consequenses are not worth it. I am sure you know what I am talking about. I have other health issues, which make it hard to keep in control a lot of the time, but I do my best. Let me know If you would like my email address, as being on an open site makes it harder to communicate.

Hi Bev. sorry I am seldom on this site I am type II diabetic sense 1998 I hate it and most of the time am non compliant gotta find a way to stop myself and get on the right track it's just so darn hard dealing with diabeties..........Nancy
