    Hi Nancy my name is Mary Ann and I would like to communicate with you as a friend. I was diagnosed in 2000 when I moved down south. It was for somewhat of a slower life and a little relaxation, boy was I wrong it has been hell since we moved here.     Hello Nancy,

    I am not on this site often either, but was going thru it the other day and your profile just jumped out at me.

    I am sorry you are struggling with it, we all do, I can assure you. Please try to get on track tho, as the consequenses are not worth it. I am sure you know what I am talking about. I have other health issues, which make it hard to keep in control a lot of the time, but I do my best. Let me know If you would like my email address, as being on an open site makes it harder to communicate.

    We are having an indian summer here, no rain, sunny and warm still. We so need some rain!! Where do you live and is spring sprung?  Bev xxx
