    Hey Amanda. I am 24 and I have necrobiosis on my left leg mostly...just a few little spots on my right. I went to a dermatologist that recognized it right away (the other 2 didn't) she injected it with triamcinolone right under the skin and it worked great...it hurt like hell but it worked!
